Custom orders
Custom products are made from the details supplied by the customer. We may contact you if a design needs clarification before production.
Pricing
Displayed prices apply to products where a fixed price is shown. Custom or prompt-based requests may require a quote before production.
Approval
For personalised designs, customers are responsible for checking names, dates and other supplied information before production begins.
Payment
Orders are only placed into production once the required payment or payment confirmation has been received.
