Delivery
Delivery options and fees will be confirmed at checkout or when your custom order is quoted. Collection may be offered where applicable.
Production time
Personalised products require production time. Your estimated completion or dispatch date will be communicated after your order is reviewed.
Returns
Because personalised products are made specifically for the customer, returns may be limited where the product was made correctly to the supplied specifications. If an item arrives damaged or there is an ELI-FY production error, contact us as soon as possible.
